Let me just say I love oatmeal, in all forms!  But here is another great baked oatmeal from my mom's personal trainer!

 Baked Oatmeal Recipe:
From Cooking Light Magazine
2 Cups uncooked quick-cooking Oats
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 Craisons or Raisons 
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon 
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 1/2 Cups Fat Free Milk 
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1 large egg
Cooking Spray

Here is what you do:
Combine the first 7 ingredients:
Make sure you mix it up well!
Then in a separate bowl combine your applesauce, milk and egg.
Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and stir to combine!
Pour into a baking prepared baking dish and bake at 375 for 20 minutes!  
Ah perfection!
This recipe makes 5 servings at roughly 226 calories per serving!  This recipe was similar to the Amish Oatmeal that Kate sent me, just had way more ingredients.  Both these baked oatmeal recipes are equally good!
